When presenting me with options, he always prioritized what would be best for me long term, financially, and safety wise. I appreciated his humanity and never felt pressured. He is friendly and happy to help, and he even came in on his day off so I could get the car keys sooner. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. It didn’t feel like a business negotiation, more like a team working towards finding the car that was my perfect fit. 11/10 recommend! :) More

I bought my 2014 Honda Crosstour at this dealership in 2016. They have been taking care of my service needs since. I have never been disappointed! Recently, I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I 2016. They have been taking care of my service needs since. I have never been disappointed! Recently, I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I called Lia Honda, and Steve Smith, my service advisor, let me know they had a tire that matched what I had on the car. He was able to get me in and out in an hour. Steve also let me know, that since I had bought the original tire being replaced at Lia Honda, he saw that I had the hazard warranty on the tire and I didn't have to pay for the replacement tire! What had been a bad day was suddenly much better. Thank you Steve, and the Lia Honda team. More

I have been doing business with Lia Honda since 2004 and my reason is Steve Smith. When I make an appointment for service I make sure Steve is available. He has been the best at making sure my vehicle is my reason is Steve Smith. When I make an appointment for service I make sure Steve is available. He has been the best at making sure my vehicle is in its best and safest running order. When I trade in my vehicles I have always traded in both of them. Lia gets a great vehicle I trade in because of Steve. I think Steve has the vehicles serviced as if it is owned by both the customer and Lia Honda. Best thing for both parties. I have dealt with many dealers and service managers in the past. Except Steve I have never been happy with all the others. If Steve leaves Lia I will most likely leave as a customer also. More

Steve Smith at Lia Honda Albany is very customer oriented. He is always helpful and professional. I made an appointment for a loose connection wire (they found) to the 12V cigarette plug. I will never return to Lia Honda. Mohommad was rude in every interaction, never called me back 4-5 hours after I dropped my car off for an inspection and oil change. He didn’t even kn Mohommad was rude in every interaction, never called me back 4-5 hours after I dropped my car off for an inspection and oil change. He didn’t even know what car I was asking about on the phone- he listed off a white accord when that is not even close to what I drive. When he finally said my car was ready (5 hours later) it took another 45 min for him to get the paper work together which he then refused to go over with me and had the service manager do instead. Who was equally rude, dismissive, and walked away from our conversation leaving me with nothing but false information. I have never gotten my car serviced anywhere else but I won’t ever come back now More
