Our new Traverse LTZ We had been researching new crossovers after driving a Sante Fe for several years as my wife has neck and back issues and I have shoulder issues. We w We had been researching new crossovers after driving a Sante Fe for several years as my wife has neck and back issues and I have shoulder issues. We wanted something totally nice and comfortable with plenty of room and perfect seats. This Traverse was everything we had hoped for and more in these regards! The ride comfort reminds me of the Jaguar we had when I was growing up. So quiet, seats so comfortable and ride so smooth. When we came in, we were greeted by Marcos Casillas. He was so friendly, understood exactly what we wanted and was never pushy as we've experienced at most other dealerships. When we went to buy it our Traverse was due to arrive that day, but it took 8 days longer than expected. Through this whole ordeal of waiting in anticipation, Marcos kept us updated every step of the way and he provided us with a nice loaner vehicle to drive. We also had traded in our Sante Fe and got a very good deal on this. George Miller was great as well and sent us several follow-up emails. Good job Pete Moore overall! More

The entire staff treated us in a very friendly professional manner. When I inquired about a car I wanted to look at for my mother, they were able to show me the model I was looking for and also beat the prices I have seen all over the internet and at other dealerships.
