The Sonic is a vehicle that I researched heavily prior to showing to the dealership. The option to create my car online, was utilized with EVERY model available. I drove into the dealership with my 2010 Silverado that I intended to trade, I parked, and I was looking at the car when Mr. Keith James approached. Mr James was nothing but professional. He was absolutely outstanding. We went for the test drive and I loved it. I didnt think the financing or trade-in would be possible, BUT Mr. James reassured me to give it a try, and see what happens. I said "okay, lets try it" and Mr. James started right away doing what he needed to do to get my truck appraised and paperwork rolling. Mr. George Miller comes into view because I initially filled out a customer contact card online and he responded, unfortunately I had already stopped in before we really got to communicate. Mr. Miller went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of and (once I got the car) he helped me alot with transferring my personal possessions between vehicles. He also helped me understand the new technology in this vehicle. Mr. Don, the finance guy was absolutely outstanding as well. If there were words better than outstanding, I would use them all to describe Mr. Don. My biggest fear was not being able to get financed. My credit was a bit low. But Mr. Don took the time to find a place that was right for me and got a decent rate. Mr. Don made it possible for the deal to seal. I thank him sooooo much for taking the time and having the patience. And another thanks to Mr. James for reassuring me to try. Today, I am driving around in my bran new chevy sonic and I absolutely LOVE it! Thank you team for a job well done. More

I had experience with a 2012 Malibu that the sun roof leaked and I brought it in to see what would do and the service lady told they would fix it and I told her that I did not want any more and she I wo leaked and I brought it in to see what would do and the service lady told they would fix it and I told her that I did not want any more and she I would have to talk to a salesman so I went up stairs to the sales department and ask what I needed and I ask to see a salesman and I was told they would be in after a while so I waited in the lobby and in about thirty minutes George came and ask if he could help me and he sold me a pickup. I came in knowing that I wanted a newer Malibu never expecting that George would find me a really great deal on a 2013 and it wasnt even a base model. I have never been so happy with a car! I went in looking for a new/low mile used 2013 Chevy Equinox on a Monday evening. I was greeted by George Miller who ended up being our sales rep! It was nice to work with a dealer that wasn't trying to force me into a vehical I didn't come to look at. Just to make sure I did go to a few other Chevy dealers in Pensacola just to find myself completely disapointed in the high pressure sales approach that was taken and the lack of customer service. Of course I ended up back at Pete Moore! One thing I would like to comend Pete Moore and his staff on is that they keep the Sales Reps and Financing Reps seperate. George treated me like he would have anyone else, whether you have a 500 credit score or a 800 credit score! I have never been to another car dealer who has done this and it was very welcoming to me. Don in financing helped me tremendously. I never had to guess what was going on, he kept me up to date and assured me Pete Moore would beat the competition that I had visited prior. This was comforting since this was the largest purchase I have ever made. George and Don were the two associates that helped me directly however, not once did I walk by a Pete Moore employee that did not greet me and ask if they could get me a bottle of water. This was the most genuinely friendly group I have ever worked with. I must say they have beat the competitor and won me over as a life time customer! I normally do not take the time to do these surveys however I honestly feel when someone goes above and beyond like this crew did credit is deserved! I would recommend Pete Moore to everyone I know! Thanks again to all of you for the amazing car, amazing price, and amazing customer service experience! More
