It was honestly a pleasure to talk with George (Miller), DelMar (Dice), the service department (sorry, can't remember his name; John, I think?), and Jimi (Koumalatsos) in financing. I was originally "sent" your way through the USAA site. George was the first to answer my e-mail (I work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico) and he kept up communication and answering my questions on a consistent basis. I was very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail in regard to my questions. I did have other companies e-mail me, but they were not as "on the ball" with their keeping in touch and giving me the attention I needed to make a new vehicle purchase. Everytime I've called to schedule maintenance I was able to bring it in right away with very little wait time. I figured if there service deptartment was this good then the sales department must be excellent. I was right from the time i walked in the door someone was asking if I can be helped and I felt like my business is appreciated. George worked with my wife via email and text while we were looking for a new car and hit the nail on the head when he was given our budget and what kind of payments we wanted. Don was great working on a reasonable intrest rate and payment making it affordable to buy a new car in these hard economic times.
