My wife and I located this dealership online through USAA, found the Lexus we were looking for, called the dealership and were greeted by George Mogollon. We were so impressed we drove the next day from Abilene (3 hours away) with all intentions to visit 2 other dealerships. We decided to stop at Pat Lobb Toyota first since they were located the furthest away. When we arrived the Lexus was ready for our test drive. We were so impressed with George's customer service that we immediately decided the other two dealerships were out of the picture. Our USAA representative was just as wonderful in his customer service. When it was our turn to visit with him, All the paperwork was printed and ready to go, all we had to do is sign, he was extremely professional! Between our test drive,meeting with the finance department and having the Lexus detailed we were in and out in under 3 hours. That has got to be the quickest most seamless transaction we've ever done at a dealership. Wonderful job Pat Lobb, We would totally make the 3 hour drive to McKinny again for our next purchase!!! More
