I called the dealership in the afternoon and was transferred to George M. He was very nice on the phone and we decided to go to the dealership that same evening. George met us and was very kind and not pushy at all. His demeanor felt very sincere. He offered me a test drive in the car of my choice (Fr-s) and was very knowledgable about the vehicle. After the test drive we sat down and came up with a deal in about 45 minutes. George was never pushy and I truly believe he really cared about us and made sure the car was a right fit. From there we met with Derek the finance manager and all of the paperwork was done In an efficient manner. He never tried to push aftermarket warranties and listened to what we had to say. The whole experience didn't take more then 2.5 hours and we left feeling like we got a great deal and an excellent car. I would highly recommend Toyota of McKinney to anyone who values hard work and a caring and courteous staff. Thanks again for a truly enjoyable experience. More

Once we got things rolling, it ended up being such a smooth process that I bought the car on the spot. George wasn't pushing me to buy it, he was very laid back and simply taking me through the process and they were so helpful with everything that I decided to take the car right then. They were able to work with me on getting the documentation I needed that I didn't have with me right then. The entire process was painless and smooth, and from stepping on the lot to driving off with my new car was 2 hours flat. Excellent dealership, George and Chris where super helpful and friendly without being pushy whatsoever. Would highly recommend getting a car here. More
