George and Bentley made this a wonderful experience for me. George gave me all the answers I needed to make a decision on the make and model of the car I was interested in. He was also able to answer quest me. George gave me all the answers I needed to make a decision on the make and model of the car I was interested in. He was also able to answer questions regarding the difference between a lease and financing a car. I am excited to say that I am the first person in my family to lease a car and I could not be happier with that decision. Bentley was also very friendly and was able to give me some amazing deals on tires, rims, and service for the duration of my loan. I would recommend these men and this dealership to anyone interested in buying or leasing a new or used car. More

In the end both parties were happy and we got the car we wanted after a little tug of war with pricing. Don't be set with their first offer. Just steer clear and be stern about what you want and if they don't want to give in there are plenty dealerships out there waiting for your business. Its a great atmosphere to be in just when it gets down to pricing thats when it can get hairy. My experience was a bit frustrating at first but in the end we both got what we wanted. More

I visited many dealerships when searching for my car, this dealership was the only one that did not try to pressure me into committing right then, insist on selling me ridiculous things like $200 nitroge this dealership was the only one that did not try to pressure me into committing right then, insist on selling me ridiculous things like $200 nitrogen for the tires, or blatantly lie to me. As a first-time car buyer, I'm thankful that I found such a great dealership to work with! Though I was offered a slightly better price at another dealership, I chose to buy from Toyota of McKinney because I'd much rather support a dealership that treats customers (even young ones!) with respect and dignity. Even though I ultimately chose external financing, I was not pressured or harassed in any way to finance through the dealership. My salesperson, George Mogollon, was very knowledgable about the car (Prius C Two, in this case) and seemed to genuinely want me to find the car that was best for me. He did not try to up sell me to a higher package or purchase any add-ons. I wanted a car that did not have port-installed options on it, and he was able to locate me one that had not yet made it to the port. I had the car within a few days! I highly recommend this dealership and George. Car buying does not have to make you feel like you have to bathe in bleach to get the sleaze off! More

I hate everything about purchasing a vehicle. I have actually developed hives while trying to buy a car in the past. The pushy sales people, being trapped in an office while the sales person 'negotiates actually developed hives while trying to buy a car in the past. The pushy sales people, being trapped in an office while the sales person 'negotiates with the General Manager', and all my time wasted... Hate it! I usually jump in my car and drive away when approached by sales people BUT when George Mogollon introduced himself to me one Monday afternoon, I did not run. George didn't stalk me, push me, or tell me what kind of vehicle I 'really want'. Nope, George listened as I explained my situation, car requirements, and my purchasing phobias then he walked me through all of the Toyota cars and showed me My Car. He did not scare me away. He even understood when I explained I would need to leave for 30 minutes before I stepped foot inside the building. When I returned as promised, George did not shove me into so 5x5 office and shut the door. Instead, George continued to treat me with respect and calmly talked me through each step of purchasing my car. George was even considerate enough to periodically stop and ask if I was still okay and make sure I did not feel any hives developing. George never left my side for more that a few minutes and even offered to sit with me while I signed my finance paperwork. Which I did not make him do. By this time, I was comfortable enough to handle signing the papers on my own. After all the paperwork was done and we were waiting for my car to be cleaned and gassed up, George took me around and introduced everyone that had a hand in making my car buying experience so calm and hive-free. George even explained how I could schedule all of my routine maintenance online, set-up my first service appointment and introduced My Service person, Griego (Eric Griego). It was by far the best car buying experience ever thanks to George Mogollon and everyone at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. More

This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. George Mogollon was referred to me by a friend and the entire process was done start to finish in a few hours. I was given plenty of options for new and used vehicles, George went over everything and let me decide where to go from there. No pressure to do anything! After buying a used certified Camry, George even went with me to return my rental car, unbelieveable customer service! The experience gets better when I met Bentley Ephron in finance. I was probably in his office less than 10 minutes. Bentley did a great job of explaining some of the insurance options, and what I needed and what I could do without. It had been 9 years since my last auto purchase and all I have to say is that I am telling everyone I know to go up to Toyota of McKinney, I am looking forward to purchasing another vehicle for my family soon. We started the buying process online through a discount service and Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney was one of about 7 dealerships to respond. I went back and forth with everyone discussing what we were looking for, availability and price. Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney was one of only 2 dealerships to have what we most wanted in stock along with several other vehicles that were close. The only dealership I made an appointment with, based on available vehicles and knowledge of the staff, was Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney, even though there are several Toyota dealerships closer to home for us. They were able to put two vehicles side by side and allow us to comb through them, ultimately making our decision clear. We initially spoke with Shannon Witherow, via email, and he was pleasant, knowledgable and fast to respond. Shannon was with another customer when we arrived, so George Mogollon assisted us at the dealership. George was patient, knowledgeable and great with our kids. George was able to clearly and competently explain the difference between the two vehicles we were looking at, answer our multitude of questions and was just an all-around great help. We had one question that stumped both George and Shannon, and neither just guessed at the answer. They made sure that they knew what they were telling us, instead of just answering. We appreciated the honesty and the willingness to do research on our behalf. The pricing sheet was straight forward and easy to understand. We also dealt with Derek Haines in financing, and he was also competent and pleasant to deal with. Overall, our experience with Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney was as easy and pleasant as a car buying experience could be. We would highly recommend Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney to anyone, even if you have to drive a bit to get to them. They are worth it! More
