I wanted a new vehicle, but wasn't sure what I wanted. There was never any pressure to decide on a vehicle and never any pressure to purchase a more expensive vehicle or a vehicle with standards/options that I didn’t need. There was no attempt to “up-sell”. When it came time to talk money, again there was no pressure. When Sean O'Connor (Sales Manager) stopped by, I thought the high pressure was about to start. I was wrong! Sean just wanted to see if George was taking care of me and offered to help if he could. During the entire buying experience, I NEVER felt pressured to buy. Dealing with George and everyone at Pat Lobb Toyota was like dealing with trusted old friends. More

We stopped by Pat Lobb today to purchase our sixth vehicle from them. We wouldn't think about going anywhere else. We have met Pat Lobb, who is a gracious individual. Then we have had the pleasure vehicle from them. We wouldn't think about going anywhere else. We have met Pat Lobb, who is a gracious individual. Then we have had the pleasure since then of working directly with GM John Matthews followed by GM Tim Anderson. They are the most honest and direct car sales persons that we have ever encountered anywhere else. The sales managers who work under them are also fantastic. We have purchased two vehicles through Richard Wilson and today were delighted with the treatment we received from George Mogollon. We only had one sour experience ever at this dealership and it was with a snippy cashier who is no longer employed there. That is saying a lot since we have been Pat Lobb customers since they opened. We were disappointed with the quality of customer service and decided to go take a look at what options were available at Pat Lobb Toyota. Thank goodness we did. The whole experience with our salesman, GEORGE MOGOLLON, was smooth, pleasant, and un-pressured. He simply presented the options and let us make the decision. We are grateful that he was the individual handling our sale and would look for him in the future when we decide to buy another vehicle. Good job George and thank you! More

I have been buying cars since 1965, and your sales person, George Mogollon, is the most customer oriented and sincere that I have ever come across. I was so impressed at his resoluteness and dedicatio person, George Mogollon, is the most customer oriented and sincere that I have ever come across. I was so impressed at his resoluteness and dedication that I get the very best deal for what I wanted, persuaded me to bring my son and his family the next day to buy a car from him. He gives 110% of his attention and time to make sure the customer feels like she is the only one on his mind. I have been buying cars from your dealership since it opened and this transaction has truly been a wonderful experience.
