We had the best car-buying experience of our lives at Toyota of McKinney. We loved working with George Mogollon because of his incredible 'no pressure' approach. He helped us find exactly the truck we Toyota of McKinney. We loved working with George Mogollon because of his incredible 'no pressure' approach. He helped us find exactly the truck we were looking for without trying to sell us options or extras we didn't want. He really listened and tried to understand what features were important to us and was very patient with our many questions. I was apprehensive about shopping for a truck because every salesman I've ever met in a car lot is pushy, pushy, and more pushy; I understand that Toyota of McKinney gets it that pushy doesn't sell and this is a philosophy of the whole dealership. Of course, we are excited to have driven away with our dream truck at a price that was great, as were the extended warranty and the prepaid service plan. I had a terrible experience with salesman George Mogollon at Pat Lobb’s Toyota of Mckinney. I went to look at purchasing a car there and found a used Merecedes on the lot. The salesman, George Mogollon, se at Pat Lobb’s Toyota of Mckinney. I went to look at purchasing a car there and found a used Merecedes on the lot. The salesman, George Mogollon, seemed like a nice person and showed me a binder that had written paises about him from previous customers. George Mogollon told me that the car was in execellent condition and that Toyota of Mckinney puts every car through a rigorous 16 point inspection before it is put on the lot. I asked George if he would mind if I took the car to a mechanic to have it checked out. He acted like he did not want me to and said that I didn’t really need to waste money on having it checked out since they already did that. I went ahead and took it to an authorized Mercedes mechanic. He put the car on a lift and showed me it had a terrible oil leak and that it could cost thousands to get it repaired but he said it looked bad. He said he would not know the extent of the repairs until he got further into the engine. He also found that the car had probably been wrecked. He had a meter that measured the paint thickness. It showed that the whole front left side had been repainted-probably to due to a major accident; he of course advised me against buying this car. He said that a reputable dealer would not have put this car on their lot. I took the car back to Toyota of Mckinney and told George Mogollon what the mechanic had said. He acted like he was mad that I had taken it to a mechanic and suddenly his personality changed from Mr. Nice Guy and he became very belligerant, which I am sure was due to the fact that he lost a sale he thought he had. He started arguing with me and said the car was in excellent condition. I showed him the receipt from the mechanic and the problems with the car that were found, which were written out. He kept arguing with me and then basically told me to leave, which I did in a hurry. I would not recommend Toyota of Mckinney. More

before i come to Toyota of Mckinney i thought all dealers are those who are trying to steal your money and your trade car, but when i came to Toyota of McKinney this idea was changed by George Mogollon the w are those who are trying to steal your money and your trade car, but when i came to Toyota of McKinney this idea was changed by George Mogollon the way he deals with you makes you feel he is there for you and he works for you, i came multiple times to George and each time he tells me wait more don't buy now or dont buy this car its not good for you and you will waste money. until last time i came he advised me on what to buy and helped me all across the process, it was very easy and the price was'nt bad at all More

Due to a recent auto accident we were suddenly in the throws of finding a car in a relatively short amount of time. We visited Patt Lobb Toyota searching out options, initally thinking a pre-owed would b throws of finding a car in a relatively short amount of time. We visited Patt Lobb Toyota searching out options, initally thinking a pre-owed would be our best option. We were greeted by George who was without a doubt the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. We explained our situation and he took time learning about our us, our needs but never once became the pushy saleman we have experienced in the past. He understood we were dealing with our insurance company and offerd information regarding the retail value of our wrecked car to help us make sure were recived a fair payment from our insurance company. We visited George a second time, again, retrning to the pre-owned lot. We visited and test drove a Camry. He was very knowledge about the car educating the pros and cons of a pre-owned purchase. He then asked for permission to show us a new Camry for comparison. He simply took the time to educate us and offer a couple options to consider and simply said, take these options and think about them and when your ready to just come back in. Amazing, twice, we visited and twice he took the time to edcucate us, to learn about our needs and sensitive to our situation, but still no pushy saleman tactics. Once we reached an agreement with our insurance company were were ready to make a and returned to George and he worked with us to get us a the best possible deal offering a couple options. We were able to reach an agreement that we felt very comfortable with on a NEW Camry!! If you are in the market for a new or preowned car, do not hesitate to contact George. He is a salesman with a refreshing approach to car sales. He is an honest, caring guy that truely wants to help you get the best possible deal for those he works with. More
