Bought my new Honda civic 2 weeks ago in the evening with Coral Springs Honda, everything was great until my sales associate seemed to be in a hurry to get out & watch the Miami Heat game... I was not given a sales contract/Buyer's order/bill of sale. Nothing!!! First time in my life I ever left a dealer wondering if I really owed a car?? well, here we are 4 phone calls later to both George the sales assoc & main number transferred to many diff people until I was hung up on today 5/30/23 which now has prompted me to leave a msge for the GM since nobody else can help me. Maybe this will get the attention of someone to reach out to me. Thanks Mr.Grant More
