You all made sure that I and my son George A. drove out of your dealer Thank you Oliver Barreno ,Matthew Dancy , Nick Guadagno and rest of the staff. You all made sure that I and my son George A. drove out of your dealership satisfied and happy with C300 2019.it is our 4th Mercedes from this dealership. Oliver you made sure all went smooth transitioning from C300-2016 into C300-2019. Matthew if you remember we made a deal thru email and I thank you for keeping your word. Exceeded all expectations of buying a new car. From the moment we walked into the showroom we had a very good feeling. We met with Mr George Murdock and right from the start he made us feel very comfortable and not pressured. George answered all of our questions and when we found a vehicle that we liked he explained every detail to us. We never had such a great experience buying anything, George made everything seamless and gave a thousand percent to satisfy us. At the end George took us on a tour and we could not believe how beautiful spotless and well-managed this dealership and Service Center is. More

An amazing experience I haven't written a review on any sites, but I felt this dealership went over and beyond any others I have dealt with in my 30 years of car buying tha I haven't written a review on any sites, but I felt this dealership went over and beyond any others I have dealt with in my 30 years of car buying that I had to start... from when my wife and I walked in, it was such a friendly atmosphere we felt that everyone there truly wanted to help us. George our salesman was very knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had with ease. Matt, the general manager, wasn't your typical faceless top guy in the hidden office, but actually spent as much time with us as our salesman. He too answered any questions we had, and actually went that extra mile for us to make sure that the deal was made. I have to say, it was such an impressive time spent buying a car, that they have earned two loyal customers for life!! More
