First time buyer. Had an amazing experience. My Dad and I went to the Mercedes-Benz of OKC dealership on a rainy Saturday to check out a pre-owned 2016 C300. Even though the cars were all put up My Dad and I went to the Mercedes-Benz of OKC dealership on a rainy Saturday to check out a pre-owned 2016 C300. Even though the cars were all put up because of the hail from the night before they were quick to find the car that I was interested in and let us have a look. Gabriel, my salesman was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole process of showing me the car and talking through the numbers. After purchasing the car Gabriel has done an amazing job at keeping in touch with us to make sure that we have the best experience possible with our new pre-owned car. The finance department was also amazing. Ed Sams, the finance manager was a really nice guy and helped me get an extra year of service for the car which I am very thankful for. Overall I had an amazing experience at the Mercedes-Benz of OKC dealership. I would 10 out of 10 recommend anyone looking for a new or used Mercedes to stop by this dealership and see what they have to offer, you will not be disappointed. More

Absolutely outstanding: Seven-Star! Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City offered absolutely seven-star service for our E300 and our GLE350 cars last month. They had always been excellent, but Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City offered absolutely seven-star service for our E300 and our GLE350 cars last month. They had always been excellent, but now they almost cannot be bettered. We live in Norman. They picked up our cars from home, performed the service that was due, and dropped the cars back in a few hours, all well done. Not only that, their communication at every stage was truly awesome. As their drivers left their facility to pick up our car(s), they texted us, and provided a link that would give the location of the driver in real-time; and similarly when they picked up our car and dropped it back. It is an unbelievable level of service. I hope they can keep it up! More

Excellent service, Outstanding facility and staff During my visit I was treated with the utmost respect and felt very welcome. The waiting area is 1st class with a transparent view of the maintenance bays (that were kept spotless!) so that you know exactly what type of service is conducted.The facility is one of the best that I have encountered and look forward to my next visit More
