Because we live 1/12 hours away from the dealer, with my daughter needing to pick her children up after school, and absolutely had to be finished with service in the promised l hour. My car was finished, cleaned, and my daughter and I were on our way home in exactly one hour. Keeping promises are very important, especially when children are waiting to be picked up after school. They go out of their way to help you. I can’t say that my problem was corrected with the adaptive cruise control but they tried. They worked on it 4 different times and kept it for more t I can’t say that my problem was corrected with the adaptive cruise control but they tried. They worked on it 4 different times and kept it for more than 3 days twice but the cruise goes off for no reason. It can be turned back on after going 4-5 miles. It is very sporadic. I don’t know if anyone called MB factory. More
