Coming for a guy who has been in sales for 40 years I liked working with Eric. He listened to my needs and took me straight to the car I ultimately bought. You need to listen to the customer. When I was liked working with Eric. He listened to my needs and took me straight to the car I ultimately bought. You need to listen to the customer. When I was having second thoughts Eric took me back out to look at some other options just to eliminate any doubt. Did I get the best price ever, I have no idea but when I drove away I felt like I got my money's worth and I was very happy with my selection. Three hours, start to finish was not bad in my book. We had some trouble with the Sync system and Eric brought out George to save the day. Always good to buy a product made in America. Eric was not a high pressure guy but he did ask for the order and so many people in sales will not do that. My second Ford and all in all a very pleasant experience.In two or three years, God willing, I will come back to KC and buy another car from Eric. John D. More

Very helpful with choosing vehicle. Asks questions on what you're looking for and what you're using the vehicle for. I would recommend them to all my friends. I like it because they are not pushy. I don't even know where to start! I live in Blue Springs, so I pass many Ford Dealerships to go to Thoroughbred...and it is well worth the drive! Up front pricing, friendly with no pressure sales staff, and honesty are some of their best traits. I usually buy a new Ford vehicle every 2 years, and have bought from other dealerships in the KC area, and none have the staff that Thoroughbred does. Not only are their sales staff great ( I worked with George O'Sullivan) but there service department also do a great job. They know you by name, and treat you like a quality customer. They don't try to sell you things you don't need.... I have bought a few cars from Thoroughbred because I know I get the best price, work with the best people, and will be taken care of before, during, and after the car buying process. If you are in the market for a new Ford, give these guys a shot! I am glad I did. More

George O'Sullivan is friendly and very knowledgable. He gave us the opportunity to look at the cars that were available, and ordering a new car to get the options that we wanted. George and the people at Thoroughbred have always dealt fairly with me when purchasing a new vehicle. This is the 5th new vehicle I have purchased from Thoroughbred. I like being able to decide what I wa fairly with me when purchasing a new vehicle. This is the 5th new vehicle I have purchased from Thoroughbred. I like being able to decide what I want and not have pressure from the sales dept. I am really treated like a friend and am given the best treatment. I like the fact that the dealership is always buzzing with activity. That shows me that people want to deal with Thoroughbred. George is the greatest at selling for me. He lets me take my time and really look at the vehicles available and always checks to see what is available if they don't have exactly what I want on the lot. The entire process is painless and actually exciting. Everyone works to get the job done. I recommend the dealership to everyone. My sister has also purchased 4 vehicles from Thoroughbred at my recommendation. We will continue to do business here for a long time. Thanks again, Randy Golden More
