I brought my 2018 Kia Optima SXL Turbo in for service on August 23, 2022, for a pretty serious safety problem: the headlights sometimes suddenly turn off completely while driving at night. I was told that South Dade Kia was going to order a part and would notify me to come back in 3-4 days. I am writing this on September 9. So far, I have received no follow-up notification or communication with the service department. Incidentally, my neighbor has exactly the same issue with his Kia (also purchased from South Dade Kia), so this problem is not unique to me. Let's just hope that Kia can come up with a fix before someone has a serious accident. South Dade Kia: Please call me and let me know the status of my service order. More

The main reason we came back to South Dade Kia was Mr. George Okoth, his experience, his great service, and his friendly way to treat us, he explain the whole process when we place the order for our Telluride. I was told that my $500 deposit to pre-order my car would go towards my down payment by the sales person. The day I signed my lease, my sales person confirmed the same but the finance person told me that $50 go towards my down payment by the sales person. The day I signed my lease, my sales person confirmed the same but the finance person told me that $500 goes to corporate? I had another family member that lease a Kia from a dealership in Broward and they did indeed put that deposit from pre-ordering the vehicle towards his down payment. I feel like I’ve been lied to and stolen from. When trying to contact Kia Finance Corp. Division, I am never put through to a person. My call is being disconnected automatically More
