Customer service?? a very large room for improvement failure to disclose car feature information when needing a better deal not offering best solutions to have customer satisfied with purc improvement failure to disclose car feature information when needing a better deal not offering best solutions to have customer satisfied with purchase basically a take it leave it deal no incentive from dealer to help customer budget to be able to close a deal not interest in customer satisfaction unable to offer any discount on initial basic maintenance but when it comes to ask for more down payments. they are #1 very disappointed after purchasing 3 cars on the pass 7 years from this dealer, after new ownership, all changed. I am not a millionaire and probably you have more customers but I was planning to be a loyal customer and purchase all my future vehicles from you and if you are to be in business, one loyal customer can make a difference and on the other hand a not happy customer can also mean a lot. The question is ?should I do it or not? The good thing is that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and freedom of speech is what I love most from this country, so...... More
