I came into Nissan not expecting to actually get a car that day. The car shopping process had been miserable the past month, so my expectations were low. He kept me up to date on the search for my vehicle and moved the process along as quickly as possible. He spent extensive time going over all the details on my vehicle which was so helpful! He followed up with me after to see how things were going and to see if I had any questions which was very nice! I am also thankful to Drew the used car sales manager for working with Brian to help facilitate the search for my vehicle and for expediting the purchase and transfer and inspection of my vehicle.
