I have been using Gettel Nissan of Sarasota for the past 6or 7 years, I have never had a negative experience there. The service people always keep me informed on what’s going on with my car and how long it 6or 7 years, I have never had a negative experience there. I usually get a list of things that will need to be serviced in the near future with the price and what is covered under my warranty. They always check for recalls when I come in for service. I never feel surprised with a huge bill I wasn’t expecting when I take my car in for service. This last time I was in the noticed an oil leak and fixed in under my extended warranty. I like that they have their eyes open for potential problems. I have never felt that they made problems that were not there. I trust Gettel to alway be fair and honest with taking care of my car. I wouldn’t take it any place else. The staff is friendly and very welcoming and will go above what they are expected to do to help and make sure you are satisfied. Last time I was in George stayed and helped by pair my IPhone to my radio in the car when I didn’t understand how. His shift had already ended but he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. A+++ to Gettel of Sarasota and your people. I will always choose you. More
