Friendly; free rental if they have to keep your vehicle and an awesome rental at that!! Waiting lounge is huge; comfortable with coffee , water and snacks and huge big screen TV if you have to wait. I wanted to give a huge shout out to George in Service. This man has gone above and beyond for myself and my family! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with some extra things and George jumped on the opport This man has gone above and beyond for myself and my family! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with some extra things and George jumped on the opportunity to help me and “hide” his truck every time he stopped in lol. George is the absolute BEST service writer that Nissan has. He needs a raise and a huge bonus. George is our go-to guy! He makes sure if we need something that we get taken care of and get exactly what we need!! Thank you!!!! A side note is that we have had a bad experience with one person there several times… I refuse to work with that person anymore. More
