Bad Post-Car Buying Experience We bought a Honda Civic from here at the end of October. We came to look at another vehicle and this particular car was pushed on us. We ended up liki We bought a Honda Civic from here at the end of October. We came to look at another vehicle and this particular car was pushed on us. We ended up liking it and purchasing it, but when we got it home, it would not start several times. After towing it to a Honda dealership, we discover it had been in a car accident with significant damage to the front end and driver's door which was leading to the battery issues. We had been told by North East Auto Credit that it had been in a minor accident with very little damage. After multiple trips to this other Honda dealerships, we were able to get it repaired so that it is now a reliable car. Although we did purchase it "as is", we were disappointed that the issues with the car battery were not disclosed. We will not purchase another vehicle from here nor will we recommend it to our friends and family. Our calls after purchasing the vehicle were not returned. More

To ensure the vehicle was represented accurately, I had the car professionally inspected, which confirmed the seller's description. Based on the inspection, I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. I worked with George Saliba who was professional and readily answered a number of technical questions regarding the vehicle. Picking up the vehicle went smoothly and quickly - well worth the four hour drive I made to get the vehicle. Overall a positive experience. More
