After reviewing your case with our service department, we found that for your first vehicle, no oil change receipts were provided. As outlined in our warranty disclosure, which you signed, proof of regular maintenance, including oil changes, are required to maintain warranty coverage. Regarding your second concern, our assessment indicates that the issue falls under normal wear and tear, which is not covered under warranty. As a courtesy, we did offer a thirty percent discount on the repair, which was declined.
