He helped us get a trade-in value we were comfortable with, and he moved us through the process efficiently. The only snafu we encountered was that the car we purchased only came with one key, which was misstated by Nick earlier in the sales conversation. However, we were able to work through a solution in the end. Overall ,very happy with our experience at Valley Honda! More
