Tried going to Honda next door and had no luck with their management. D***head to be honest, tried to bend us over on a lease turn in which was our 3rd Honda through that dealer. The staff at Acura went above and beyond, they were polite, personable, laid back and not pressuring. I think it speaks for itself when the staff from a different brand out performs said brand on their own product and customer service skills. Seems like Honda Motorworld Wilkes Barre needs some new leadership! With that being said, go see the guys at Acura, they can sell any brand on the lot! More

This was my first experience with MotorWorld and my first Acura. George was very thorough and knowledgeable when explaining all the features of the Acura RDX. I did not expect to bring my new car home as it Acura. George was very thorough and knowledgeable when explaining all the features of the Acura RDX. I did not expect to bring my new car home as it was already later in the evening when I came to test drive the car, but George and the finance manager Sean stayed late to get me into my car that night. Although I thought he had already gave a very detailed overview of the car, George said there were still a few other features of the car to go over, however, I opted not to at that time because it was late and I had over an hour to drive home. George followed-up with me the following day reminding me to stop in anytime if I ever wanted to go over them. There was no pressure and the whole experience was smooth and quick thanks to George and Sean’s dedication, knowledge and professionalism. More

I ordered my RDX February 26 and finally received it August 3, needless to say I was frustrated at times. Thanks to George Thomas and Tom Casey in maintaining their patience, professionalism and putting August 3, needless to say I was frustrated at times. Thanks to George Thomas and Tom Casey in maintaining their patience, professionalism and putting up with me I finally got the vehicle I wanted. These men are a definite asset to your dealership. George was on vacation when I took delivery and I dealt with Michael Sabulski, a very knowledgeable and friendly young man, very helpful in explaining the technology in the vehicle. These guys are second to none, I'm extremely pleased with all aspects of the transaction. More

Dustin at MotorWorls Acura is beyond awesome! I am indecisive and a huge pain when buying a new vehicle. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. George Thomas was great in handling our needs and worked with us to make sure we got the car my desired. This is a note to management and ownership. If a customer does not want to sit through the portion o with us to make sure we got the car my desired. This is a note to management and ownership. If a customer does not want to sit through the portion of the delivery process where you try to sell additional warranties and features that are vastly overpriced do not make them. Your employees are fulfilling your directions but it most certainly left a less than great feeling in our dealings with Motorworld. I would have given the dealership 5 stars except for this experience. More
