I first contacted Toyota of Keene via online chat. My questions were answered thoroughly, and my request for the e-price of a vehicle was responded to via email and by telephone response within 30 minute questions were answered thoroughly, and my request for the e-price of a vehicle was responded to via email and by telephone response within 30 minutes of the request. I had set up a tentative time on the next day to discuss the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, and although I was unable to go to the dealership until later that day, I was greeted warmly and seated right away. The transaction was as smooth as it can get: I was given a fair price on my trade, I was given a fair price on the vehicle I purchased, and the sales/financing team went to bat for me to receive a better interest rate on the car loan. I had one concern after leaving the dealership with my new-to-me car, and that concern was responded to promptly -- and had already been handled. I highly recommend this dealership, and I will absolutely return for my next purchase. More
