As a Sales Manager, he loves the art of making the deal and having satisfied customers. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Panzy, whom he met while working at Koons, and their four sons. George loves the Baltimore Ravens and the Chicago Bulls.

The financial guy (can't remember his name right now!) worked with me for hours getting my payments in the price range I wanted. The buying process was so smooth and I never felt pressured into something. I would absolutely recommend coming here and they certainly have a customer for life. More

Koons Loyalty to Customers I was having my Volvo serviced at Koons Ownings Mills and spoke to the Assistant Service Manager, Bruce Silvers about trading two of my cars in on a 2 I was having my Volvo serviced at Koons Ownings Mills and spoke to the Assistant Service Manager, Bruce Silvers about trading two of my cars in on a 2017 Takoma Truck and asked if Koons Toyota would be interested. Within an hour, I received a call from Mr. George Thompson, New Car Sales Manager at Koons Toyota Westminster. George was formally with Koons Volvo and remembered selling me three Volvos in years past. I asked George to give me his best deal and reminded him I have been with Koons for 20 years. Bottom line: I bought the truck. Trade in values were higher than I expected, the service was exceptional, salesman Brooks Hoffman outstanding! Kudos to Bruce, George and Brooks for exceeding all expectations. They are the reason why I am totally loyal to the entire Koons organization. More

Run from this dealership On the internet these people make it sound like they want to take care of you . So on 7/17/2015 my wife and I drove almost 2 hours getting to this dea On the internet these people make it sound like they want to take care of you . So on 7/17/2015 my wife and I drove almost 2 hours getting to this dealership trying to trade our vehicle in on a 2015 Highlander . When we arrived we were greeted by Mary . So I explained that we were talking with another salesman named Pat . We knew he was off but Pat told us to come in anyway and talk to his Manager George . When we got there Mary told us that George was unavailable at the time and that she could assist us . We told her that we were there to trade our vehicle in on a Highlander . She took our keys for the appraisal and that's when things went south . They looked at the my trade and Mary came back with a price of 1500.00 . I told her that another dealer had just told us that they would give us 3500.00 . She went back to a room where a bunch of thr dealership employees were sitting and came back a second time saying that they could go to 2000.00 . I told her that 2000.00 is not going to happen and Mary started getting very unprofessional with us . This lady was doing everything but calling me a liar to my face . I took my keys back and left for another 2 hour ride back home . The next day the salesman Pat had enough nerve to email me wanting to know how things went yesterday . I went into what happened in a email with Pat and his manager George emailed me back so I could fax the information to him from the other dealer . Needless to say I never heard anything back from him so I started to look for another dealer that had what I wanted . We found one and took the first quote to them .Within 3 minutes they told us that we had a deal . We got the same vehicle we wanted for 800.00 less than koons and got the 3500.00 for our trade in . Before you buy from this Koons dealship you may want to check somewhere else first . These people tried to rip us off of 2000.00 . More

Great Experience I was searching online for many months trying to find the right vehicle to meet all of my needs. I was getting many generic response emails, but none I was searching online for many months trying to find the right vehicle to meet all of my needs. I was getting many generic response emails, but none really addressed my questions. I received a personal email from Chuck and he was very supportive and patient with my busy schedule when trying to schedule test drives. He and the dealership allowed me to try several vehicles. Chuck tracked down a measuring tape so we could verify trunk space and he even came in on his day off to go thru my choices again, for like the 4th time!! I had never purchased a car on my own before and was very nervous about the process, but they were very kind and attentive to where I stood with my finances. There was such a friendly group of people there, from the front desk, to Chuck to the financing people. They were willing to work with me and helped me meet all that I was looking for...and I love my 4Runner and have recommended Koons to my family and will continue to recommend to friends as well!! More

2014 Avalon Great experience. Everyone was very professional and made my family feel welcome while doing business at Koons. The sales people at Koons worked as a Great experience. Everyone was very professional and made my family feel welcome while doing business at Koons. The sales people at Koons worked as a team to make sure that we felt like the transaction was done as fairly as possible and all parties were satisfied. Its nice to get good customer service and professionalism when making such a long term purchase. My sales person Thomas Hardin was very thorough and made sure we understood how to work all the features on the new vehicle. He also explained the maintenance schedule and encouraged us to bring the vehicle back to Koons for issue that we may encounter. I must also say that Nigil Hayes played a large part in the transaction and ensured that I got the best deal that I possibly could and in Nigil Hayes absence, George Thompson continued to make sure everthing went smoothly. My entire family was pleased with the dealership and the new Avalon that we took home. More

I had purchased another toyota two years ago, and found service as well as staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. I had no hesitation in returning for my next purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Wes service as well as staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. I had no hesitation in returning for my next purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Wes Peterson was outstanding. From our first meeting, he was helpful patient and knew the vehicle inside and out. He was aware that I had received some information from a consumer reports price buying source and we worked within that framework with ease. Mostly, Wes was patient, returned my calls quickly and was there everytime we went in to check something out. He is a real asset to the dealership and is a very nice person and a pleasure to deal with. I can see Wes going far in this business and I hope Koons recognizes his dedication to the new car operation. I would definitely go back to Koons and will ask for Wes to manage my purchase. I only dealt with George Thompson during the final sale process as he reviewed and approved the offer, etc. I found him to be polite, knowledgeable and was willing to tolerate my "haggleing" for a few extra bucks. He took evry offer into consideration and I believe we arrived at a good deal for myself as well as the dealership. I did not deal with Samuel Somarriba personally but observed him at the dealership and at the customer appreciation talk afterwards. He is disciplined, cordial and certianly was aware of what was going on in that showroom. I assume Koon's hired him for his attention to detail and being available to resolve any problems that might arise with the business end of the sales progam. He was definitely there and "in charge". I wanted to mention Tod Eckard because of his willingness to help me on a time that they were ready to close the shop. I needed help with the pairing of my phone and even though he was ready to get off work, he cordially took the time to fix my problem and I truly appreciated that. I would have accepted a response that they were closed as I came in without prior notification etc.. He was very friendly and to stay over at closing time was noteable, and appreciated.. More
