From our first meeting, he was helpful patient and knew the vehicle inside and out. He was aware that I had received some information from a consumer reports price buying source and we worked within that framework with ease. Mostly, Wes was patient, returned my calls quickly and was there everytime we went in to check something out. He is a real asset to the dealership and is a very nice person and a pleasure to deal with. I can see Wes going far in this business and I hope Koons recognizes his dedication to the new car operation. I would definitely go back to Koons and will ask for Wes to manage my purchase. I only dealt with George Thompson during the final sale process as he reviewed and approved the offer, etc. I found him to be polite, knowledgeable and was willing to tolerate my "haggleing" for a few extra bucks. He took evry offer into consideration and I believe we arrived at a good deal for myself as well as the dealership. I did not deal with Samuel Somarriba personally but observed him at the dealership and at the customer appreciation talk afterwards. He is disciplined, cordial and certianly was aware of what was going on in that showroom. I assume Koon's hired him for his attention to detail and being available to resolve any problems that might arise with the business end of the sales progam. He was definitely there and "in charge". I wanted to mention Tod Eckard because of his willingness to help me on a time that they were ready to close the shop. I needed help with the pairing of my phone and even though he was ready to get off work, he cordially took the time to fix my problem and I truly appreciated that. I would have accepted a response that they were closed as I came in without prior notification etc.. He was very friendly and to stay over at closing time was noteable, and appreciated.. More

I worked with Henry Salazar over the course of several weeks and ultimately bought a 2012 Toyota Highlander. I first went to Koons ONLY to test drive a Toyota Rav4. I made it clear to Henry that we were weeks and ultimately bought a 2012 Toyota Highlander. I first went to Koons ONLY to test drive a Toyota Rav4. I made it clear to Henry that we were at the very beginning of our buying process and did not plan to make a buying decision for a while. Henry was still very accommodating, arranged for me to test drive the Rav4 and answered numerous questions. About a month and a half past and Henry kept in touch via an occasional phone call and email. He was not pushy but kept lines of communication open in case we had any questions. Our timeline began to change and one day I walked into the Koons dealership unannounced and decided I wanted to take a look at the 2012 Toyota Highlander. Needless to say I went home that evening with a brand new 2012 Highlander. Henry and George were a pleasure to work with and handled the entire process with the utmost professionalism. We got a great price on a great vehicle along with a stress free buying experience. Our experience with Jeremy the Finance Mgr was also pleasant and stress free. Jeremy's friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. We had a great buying experience at this dealership and will definitely go back to them for our next vehicle purchase! More

I recently purchased a Tacoma from Bob Erwin at Koons of Westminster. Great sales experience, the gentleman drove the vehicle to my work location for my review and brought pertinent brochures to compare pa Westminster. He had the truck cleaned up at least twice in preparation for my test drive, though I had to cancel the initial test due to the October snow storm. Ended up buying the truck Halloween night and Koons had a full tank of gas, the tie-downs attached and a fresh coat of wax on the truck. Great job from the prep guys, George Thompson and Maryann McMorrow as well. More

I have been in customer service for more than 30 years so I know what good service is. The service at Koons of Westminister was not good it was absolutely FANTASTIC. I have never had a better experience anywhere "EVER"! I 100% will be a customer for life. George and his staff went out of their way to get me into a vechicle that I did not think I could get.I know a lot of people and I will recomend Koons of Westminister to anyone looking for a vehicle. If you are giving out awards for outstanding service this is the dealership that deserves it most. I live much closer to another dealeship but they are not even in the same ballpark as Koons of Westminister when it comes to customer service. As a matter of fact they pale in comparison. They informed me of all the things to look out for ans supported my decision to purchase the Corolla. The customer service was phenomenal because Brook was very helpful and efficient from beginning to the end. He kept me informed of my options which was important to me. My overall experience with Koons Westminster was memorable. I would recommend this dealer to ANYONE at anytime. The price of the car was also satisfying.
