All I had to do was test drive it and sign up. Whenever anyone is thinking of getting a new or used car I always tell them to call Rocky because he's dependable, works hard every day and most important I trust him. Chanell Lofton provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly, polite, and informative regarding the service that I needed for my vehicle. As I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I noticed that Chanell provided the same quality of care to other customers who were coming to be serviced. I am pleased that I did not have to wait long for my car to be serviced. I was able to get to my other appointments in a timely manner without worry of being late. Once my car was serviced, Chanell was very considerate to inquire if I was pleased and wised me a great day and to drive safely. More
