Mr. Morrison was very prompt and professional attending to my questions and concerns. He was patient with me and made every effort to get me the answers I needed. He was very accommodating and exceeded my to my questions and concerns. He was patient with me and made every effort to get me the answers I needed. He was very accommodating and exceeded my expectations. And went above and beyond to ensure I had transportation until my vehicle was completed. Mr. D'Alterio and Mr. Keene were very patient and professional. I'm sure I stressed them out with my constant calls and inquiries but threy made every attempt to address them and calm my nerves. There were issues with the phones but the Team at Pacifico Ford made efforts to reach out to me and address my needs via text and emails and follow up calls. They even addressed the concerns of my family members concerning my vehicle. I appreciate this team very much for all of their hard work, efforts and dedication to getting my vehicle repaired and keeping me on the road. Thank you Pacifico Ford. More
