I left the transaction feeling more than satisfied with the deal and the process. Thank you for everything. UPDATE: Changing to 3 stars because I had to chase down the finance department for money they knew they would owe me based on the payoff amount they changed after I left the building. They were either hoping I wouldn't notice and/or they were playing dumb when I caught them on it. Even then I was told they were very busy and it "might take a couple weeks to get a check written". Nice little profit center they found! Buyer beware. More
