Gerald Franti makes the whole process fun and easy. We went to the Auto Show knowing what car we wanted to see. We met Gerald Franti and we're glad we did. He answered all our questions and demonstrated the features and benefits of the new Lexus 350. After analyzing what we wanted we placed our order and are now happily driving our new car. He took care of the paperwork and made the whole process easy for us. This is our third Lexus SUV, which means we've also had experience doing regular maintenance with the Service Department. Here again the desk is staffed with courteous and knowledgeable people. These are the reasons why we give both Gerald Franti, The Service staff and Lexus of Wayzata a 5 Star rating. First Class Dealership I bought my first Lexus in October. It is a 2016 ES350. I have never driven a car this comfortable in my life. I don't have a Lexus dealership where I bought my first Lexus in October. It is a 2016 ES350. I have never driven a car this comfortable in my life. I don't have a Lexus dealership where I live and was leary of buying a car 250 miles away in case the car ever needed service. Gerald Franti is my sales rep. He spoke to me at length of the service Lexus provides to everyone and that I would be well taken care of if my car had any problems (although problems are very unlikely). He is very detailed and excellent to work with. I was very specific about what I wanted in a car (color, trim and package level, rims, ride quality etc..). Gerald delivered on everything! I got everything I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I am very happy with the purchase so far. He kept me informed every step of the way. I really enjoyed my experience at the Lexus of Wayzata dealership. I feel great about the purchase I made and look forward to the quality of service Lexus of Wayzata provides. -Ben More
