Gerald was great to work with and followed up on our questions quickly while we were in the showroom. He collaborated with us on a deal that would work for both parties, and he was pleasant from beginning to end. Jim managed the financing and is always clear and transparent about the options, working to make sure the process is efficient and didn't waste our time. First Class Dealership I bought my first Lexus in October. It is a 2016 ES350. I have never driven a car this comfortable in my life. I don't have a Lexus dealership where I bought my first Lexus in October. It is a 2016 ES350. I have never driven a car this comfortable in my life. I don't have a Lexus dealership where I live and was leary of buying a car 250 miles away in case the car ever needed service. Gerald Franti is my sales rep. He spoke to me at length of the service Lexus provides to everyone and that I would be well taken care of if my car had any problems (although problems are very unlikely). He is very detailed and excellent to work with. I was very specific about what I wanted in a car (color, trim and package level, rims, ride quality etc..). Gerald delivered on everything! I got everything I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I am very happy with the purchase so far. He kept me informed every step of the way. I really enjoyed my experience at the Lexus of Wayzata dealership. I feel great about the purchase I made and look forward to the quality of service Lexus of Wayzata provides. -Ben More
