Im a Nurse, and I had been saving up for seven years to have a down payment for a new truck. I had my first truck, a Toyota when I was 23, loved it. So, I was excited when I finally had enough money to get have a down payment for a new truck. I had my first truck, a Toyota when I was 23, loved it. So, I was excited when I finally had enough money to get another truck, imagine my shock when the truck at the dealership for the base line trim was 30k over MSRP. But, I figured hey, I still want a truck so decided to do business with these guys. I selected an eco-diesel as it is more enviromentally friendly than a hybrid or electric, and the power/torque ratio was good. My first issue was a warning saying the batter charging system was not working, I took pics, and took it into the dealership, it took them two weeks to even look at my truck, then, when I went to pick it up, I find my truck rammed up on a curb, and the sales people unwilling to help me locate a key that the service dept said they were going to give to them so I could pick it up after my shift. But, my family loved our new truck. So when, while in Texas visiting family, the truck died on a busy state by-way, I was very upset. Then come to find out, that not only had my battery not been replaced, the fuel pump had died, and sent metal through the entire fuel system. So, I did some digging, and found out there was a standing recall for 2020-2022 RAM eco-diesels for these, and that the same BOSCH fuel pump had caused recalls on 2014-2019 RAM, JEEP, Fiat vehicles, and that Ford, and Chevy has also had issues. Which we were not told at the time of sale, we were also told that our truck had a locking diff, which it did not, were told we had an extended fuel cell, which we did not. I called the service dept to make an appointment for my jeep and they were booked a month out. Come my appointment i take it in and they stated they needed to keep it 3 to 4 days. 3 to 4 days go by and sti jeep and they were booked a month out. I bought a 2021 Grand Cherokee Jeep in Nov 2021. There was an issue with the window we had to wait for a part it finally came in it was installed and it did not solve the issue, needless to say my There was an issue with the window we had to wait for a part it finally came in it was installed and it did not solve the issue, needless to say my car has been at the service center for almost 3 weeks and no one can figure out what the issue is. Now we are being told it will be another week. We paid our car payment for April on a new car that I don't even have and I may have to make my May payment for a car that is still at the service center. I'm Very disappointed. I was very excited when I purchased my 1st Jeep and now I wish I gone somewhere else. More

Worst experience ever! I said ok it was a recall issue and then you fixed it but it's still a problem but you want me to pay you 200 dollars just to look at it? I was basically told he didn't care and I could call corporate. Then they don't want to fix the other 2 new recalls, what a joke. I've had Chryslers for the past 15 years this will seriously affect how I buy again. By the way I own a business and you will not be receiving profit from us buddy! Avoid this place at all costs!! More

UNETHICAL LIARS, THEY ARE NOT EVEN BBB CERTIFIED AND HAVE A D- RATING! Salesman clearly lied and said the dealer add-on SWAT alarm (about $1500) absolutely could not be removed and was a CA "thing." This is a LIE as this is an aftermarket part that was added after it left the factory and the entire system can be removed and had nothing to do with CA. I asked him to clarify since I knew this was a LIE. His response, "I'm not going back and forth with you." He yelled and swore at me and said I was the problem, all while my wife and 10 year old son were there. He got caught in a lie and decided to bully me off the lot. Even used the F word as loud as he could, and this is a very loud person. Had this been my wife alone without me there, she would have fallen victim to this deception, as I'm sure many others have. They continue to conduct business this way as there is no accountability. More

I had to give a star just to get my review posted; but for the record, my rating of jack powell is ZERO stars!!! If I could give negative stars, I would; absolutely the worst experience of my life! I wa for the record, my rating of jack powell is ZERO stars!!! If I could give negative stars, I would; absolutely the worst experience of my life! I was given different quotes from different "sales/store managers" and then the "finance manager" gave different prices yet again. I was told the individual who gave me the quote didn't have the authority to...really, a "manager" does not have any authority?!? The finance manager was the worst, higher numbers than what I was quoted, randomly adding on extras without telling me, bragging about how terrific "SWAT" is...fyi...it absolutely SUCKS!! Don't waste your money, it doesn't work and when you tell them, they couldn't care less because they already got your money!!! Also caught him ("finance manager") in bold faced lies, when I challenged him on it with proof, he tried to back-peddle and change up his story. They kept my vehicle for over three months over paperwork they screwed up, I had already made two payments on it before I ever took possession of it!!! When I finally got my truck, not only was it not detailed, it wasn't fixed! It had deep scratches on the front bumper that were supposed to be (and supposedly were) repaired; they were still there...seriously, they hold my truck for over three months and when I am finally "allowed" to pick it up it still isn't done! My issues with this horrible dealership have still not been resolved (purchased truck Dec 2018) and I doubt they ever will. I say that because I tried everything to talk to them...the GM, Gerald Gonzalez; 2 different "store managers", even the owners: Jasmine and Jasen Powell. Not one of them would speak to me, somehow they were never in when I was looking for them, and not one of them returned a call, message, email, nothing!!!!! For you service members out there...stay away from this dealership...they love to use it to buddy up to you (several of them are Ex-military...former military doesn't do what they do to brothers and sisters). They suck you in using military lingo to get you to trust them so they can sell you "extras"...the "extras" are a waste of money!!! Military or not...buyers beware of this dealership, all they want is your money, and they have no problem going as low and dirty as they have to to get it!!! More
