Med Center Mazda was able to get my service done in a timely manner and had great customer service. However, I did feel the pressure from the guy at the desk to get other services while I only wanted an timely manner and had great customer service. The service person was great! But he was frustrated because they never told me my car was ready! Waiting an extra hour or more and had to go back and ask for it. Med center Mazda was extremely professional and helpful with the repairs needed for our vehicle. Gerald worked with our extended warranty provider and thoroughly reviewed our options with us before the re with the repairs needed for our vehicle. Gerald worked with our extended warranty provider and thoroughly reviewed our options with us before the repairs were started. There were no surprises from the dealer’s standpoint. They gave us a new CX-50 to use as a loaner while our vehicle was being serviced. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was kind and helpful. Great experience. More

We traveled to our relatives for Thanksgiving and we had a serious issue with our CX9 hours from our home. I made an appointment online for Saturday and when I got to the dealership Gerald listened to my ex a serious issue with our CX9 hours from our home. I made an appointment online for Saturday and when I got to the dealership Gerald listened to my explanation and knew we needed to have the car serviced for our trip home on Monday. He made it a priority to get the car and have the lead technician look at it. The lead technician made a couple of suggestions which I agreed with and had my car ready in the matter of a couple of hours. The car performed like new on the way home. I am very grateful to Gerald for his efforts, as well as the technician!! Great team!! More
