Mon and Wed could not get anyone to answer phonesssss. Then, dropped car off early, 12:30 for 2:00 appt. received NO communication on progress. Finally called body shop someone transferred me at 4:15 sayi Then, dropped car off early, 12:30 for 2:00 appt. received NO communication on progress. Finally called body shop someone transferred me at 4:15 saying needed yet another hour and my service person had left for the day with no information. You all in the past did so much better. More
