Med Center Mazda service dept is the best! We have dealt with them for 20 years and they ALWAYS go the extra mile to accommodate us. The wait wasn’t terribly long. Appreciate the technician’s video recap of services performed/needed. Gerald was phenomenal! The best experience yet! Very helpful and courteous. The sales staff however (unrelated to my visit) were not friendly or courteous at all. Not even a “good morning” or “may I help you?” It’s doubtful I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership when I’m in the market to do so. More
