Gerald is the man You can go to any dealership on earth. When you go to Bay Ridge Subaru you go to A dealership that takes the time to answer all your questions. A dealership that is there to serve you. And A big part of that is Gerald Wactor, Gerald Wactor is smooth jazz at it's finest. Laid back. Takes his time to answer ALL your questions and makes you feel at ease the second you walk into the dealership. He took care of everything. And in the end I left there with my new Forester. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY> I hope he is still there in 10 years when I will be looking for A trade up. More

He answered my questions and phone calls in a timely manner. My daughter is thrilled with her new car! The bonuses that the dealership provides (oil changes, etc) are a nice plus! Also, Roy Malinov helped to clarify the extended warranty options, etc. which were a bit confusing. More

Great shopping and buying experience My friend and I - each looking to buy a car - started our car shopping at Bay Ridge Subaru to look at the 2019 CrossTrek. Gerald took us out for a tes My friend and I - each looking to buy a car - started our car shopping at Bay Ridge Subaru to look at the 2019 CrossTrek. Gerald took us out for a test drive, and was available to answer our questions. 3 hours later, we both bought a new car at great prices - ended up not even interested in continuing our search (we had planned on looking at Honda and Hyundai), we were very happy with the way this car drove and the features it has. It was a pleasure working with Gerald. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed. My friend and I agreed that it was the best car buying experience we’ve had. More

A trip for nothing I went there for 2 reasons: 1) My I-sight system keeps shutting off intermittently, They said nothing was wrong with it after diagnostics. Going t I went there for 2 reasons: 1) My I-sight system keeps shutting off intermittently, They said nothing was wrong with it after diagnostics. Going there it was off 4 times on my Hylan Blvd trip and off to the Entire length of the 2+ miles of the trip and stood off until I was going up the ramp of the service center. On the way back the system went off 4 more times on the way home. 2) My right rear passenger wheel TPS keeps going off. I asked for them to check it out. They said it was just low 25 lbs. I told them 3 days ago I filled it to 35 lbs. They made me wait some more. they said they sprayed the whole tire and saw no bubbles. I asked why they did not submerge it in waster? I was told they do not do that anymore. Now every 3-5 days I have to fill this non leaking tire up. Where does the air magically disappear to? This was a total wast of gas, time, and aggravation on my part. They tell me to bring it in again and they will check it again. I bought the extended warranty for the car if they do not know how to fix it? More
