everything was great until the deal was sealed. it took the following two weeks and multiple calls to get them to do as they promised regarding transferring my registration to the new vehicle. ther it took the following two weeks and multiple calls to get them to do as they promised regarding transferring my registration to the new vehicle. there were messages, call back requests, requests to speak to management, promises to email info "in 5 minutes" which never happened, various involved staff "not in the office." once all was accomplished, i felt like i worked for them instead of vice versa. on a positive note, i am very happy with my new vehicle! My salesman was Alex who couldn’t have been more accommodating. I wanted to look at three different cars and Alex made arrangements to do so even though I was a walk-in and he was busy with other c accommodating. 1 Horrible horrible horrible, from sales to finance. This is NO way to run a business. I don't know why they don't check the vehicles before showing them to customers. The window wouldn't go up, the oil light was on, the hood wouldn't open, the fuel injection and suspension was of, engine was racing and Alex promised to replace a letter that was missing on the truck and the system reading was stuck on Chinese which I can’t read. never once did they apologize for the issues and when I called Dennis said he had nothing to do with the sales but he was more than happy to take the money. He didn’t even acknowledge me when he walked in the door the morning of. Alex was nice enough to do that. More

They are Unprofessional, Unethical, and incompetent. I am out of state, 2000 miles away and tried to purchase a vehicle from them. My loan application was approved and being processed,they took my card I am out of state, 2000 miles away and tried to purchase a vehicle from them. My loan application was approved and being processed,they took my card number to put some money to hold the car then proceeded to tell me 'let me see if it is still available.' Then I get a strange email congratulating me on my purchase saying 'it has been a few days since you took delivery of your new vehicle...'. But that never happened. I was waiting on my loan check to arrive so I could sign it & send it to them. Then they tell me their service department found a huge oil leak & would not be worth their while to sell the car. Clearly, that was a lie because they already sold it to someone else, but sent the email to me. More
