Dennis had me lie and say I had the truck when I didn't and when I did get the truck I had to bring bit back the next day because there was so many problems with it. This is NO way to run a business. I don't know why they don't check the vehicles before showing them to customers. The window wouldn't go up, the oil light was on, the hood wouldn't open, the fuel injection and suspension was of, engine was racing and Alex promised to replace a letter that was missing on the truck and the system reading was stuck on Chinese which I can’t read. never once did they apologize for the issues and when I called Dennis said he had nothing to do with the sales but he was more than happy to take the money. He didn’t even acknowledge me when he walked in the door the morning of. Alex was nice enough to do that.

her vehicle passed Massachusetts inspection. She had an issue with the window, not going down due to the cold temperatures and the oil change was in Chinese which we corrected and the hood would not open also due to the cold temperatures, her car is in excellent shape we went through it again, she has till friday to take down all reviews need to be removed or we will be contacting our lawyer for defamation and loss of business due to her in accurate reviews

Dear Ms. Jones:
Please be advised this office has been retained by Avon Auto Brokers, Inc. (hercinafter
"Avon"). You are hereby advised to refrain from communicating with my client and that all future correspondence regarding this matter be directed to this office.
engaged in a campaign designed to harm my client's reputation. The review you posted states

Avon unequivocally denies each and every claim raised by you. As you so aptly admit, the temperature was well below freezing. My client contends that hood latches malfunctioned in the weather. I am informed that you failed and refused to have the vehicle serviced by Avon, including when a loaner vehicle was made available to you. Perhaps a brief tutorial of your new truck's systems operations such as the lane assist, automatic steering, or automatic braking would alleviate any further issues. Contrary to your statement that "I don't want it after day 2 I'm having problems with it." I note that you have retained possession of the vehicle.
Avon takes umbrage at your unfounded characterizations of its staff and you have twice made the statement that they 'lie'. You are to provide evidence of these allegations as Avon views this dissemination of misleading and untrue statements as defamation designed to cause my client economic and professional harm to its exceptional reputation. Avon may otherwise take further steps to protect its business dealings.
The sales staff of Avon has built its fine reputation in the industry and community through many years of business and both hard work and fair dealings with its customers. Avon has always taken whatever steps that are reasonably necessary in order to resolve a particular dispute or problem that may arise even though it is through no fault of the dealership.
Avon demands that you take the following immediate action:
You are to remove both the DealerRater© review and the Better Business Review You are to produce to this office evidence of such removal.
If you comply with this request, Avon will refrain from taking any further action. However, in the event that you fail to comply with this request, Avon will seek equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. My client will bring claims against you, which include but are not limited to, defamation, slander per se and tortious interference with advantageous business relationships.
Avon will also seek punitive damages and its reasonable attorney's fees. Accordingly, I trust this matter will be resolved amicably and expeditiously.

My loan application was approved and being processed,they took my card number to put some money to hold the car then proceeded to tell me 'let me see if it is still available.' Then I get a strange email congratulating me on my purchase saying 'it has been a few days since you took delivery of your new vehicle...'. But that never happened. I was waiting on my loan check to arrive so I could sign it & send it to them. Then they tell me their service department found a huge oil leak & would not be worth their while to sell the car. Clearly, that was a lie because they already sold it to someone else, but sent the email to me.

That is a total lie! On Dec 17, 2023 Alex mistakenly sent an email to me rather than the other customer you sold the car to that said:
“ Congratulations on your 2014 BMW 535i. It has been a few days since you took delivery and I just wanted to thank you again for your business and for placing confidence in Avon Auto Brokers and myself.
It has been my pleasure to assist you with your 535i, I know that you will have many years of enjoyment. Please let me know if there is anything that I have missed or still owe you. If you have any technology questions or Forgot how to operate anything please give me a call right away.”
If there actually were any such issues with the car, I would’ve been informed about them before going through the loan process. And you would’ve known about them before that.
