Our salesman Gerard Rennie was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the different autos we were looking to buy.. Gerard took his time to take us on a road test with several different autos to very knowledgeable about the different autos we were looking to buy.. Gerard took his time to take us on a road test with several different autos to narrow down our selection.. We were looking to save on gas so he showed us the hybrid model.. We believe we bought the sportage hybrid prestige because of the way he explained the auto and his over the top friendliness.. He also helped making the buying process very easy.. We have had our new car for about a week now and we totally are impressed with the way it rides, looks and are getting comfortable with the new technology in the auto.. We are hoping this will not be the last car we buy from Kia.. More

Buying a car is a very stressful thing to do especially as a female. I had been looking for two months and finally went to Kia and sat with Gerard. I went to Smithtown Kia to explore some certified pre-owned SUVs. Gerard was extremely helpful and patient and took us on several test drives. He was not at all pushy, but was the most helpful and nicest salesman we met in visiting several different dealerships over a few day period. We decided to go back to Smithtown Kia and ultimately purchased a new vehicle instead! We got a very fair price on a 2027 Telluride which is being sold for far over sticker in other places. The finance department was good and worked with us on extended warranty pricing and a fair interest rate. The manager was also very nice. I have purchased many cars and shopped at many dealerships and this was one of the best buying experiences I have had in my almost 30 years of car shopping. I highly recommend Smithtown Kia and especially Gerard. I love my new Telluride! More
