I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new Kia Telluride thanks to Dale and Marty at Smithtown Kia. Dale (sales) was truly second to none. I came from a completely different car brand and he took Telluride thanks to Dale and Marty at Smithtown Kia. Dale (sales) was truly second to none. I came from a completely different car brand and he took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between models and trims so I could make an educated decision for my family — not just a fast decision. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and never once pushed me toward a more expensive option. Instead, he focused on what actually fit our needs. Honest, patient, and professional. I would absolutely buy from Dale again in the future. Marty (finance) was just as great on the back end. He walked me through all the options — lease vs. buy, cash down scenarios, and payment structures — and made sure I understood everything clearly. The deal ended up feeling like a true win-win rather than a typical finance office experience. Transparent and helpful the whole way through. Overall, the best dealership experience I’ve had.
