My wife and I were helped out by Gerard Rennie on Thurs., 6/10/21. We had a serious mechanical issue with a 2016 Kia Sorrento we had purchased off of Carvana. We ended up trading it in and although we took 6/10/21. We had a serious mechanical issue with a 2016 Kia Sorrento we had purchased off of Carvana. We ended up trading it in and although we took a hit because we still owed some on the Sorrento, I would have to say that the trade-in was fair. Gerard took us around the lot and we intended to purchase a certified pre-owned or something of that nature, butttt we liked the 2022 Kia Sportages a lot and went in that direction. Rennie had to do quite a bit of work - we were able to obtain 2.9% financing (good credit) and Kia rolled the remaining balance of our old loan into the new. It was an involved affair, but we drove out of there with a new vehicle and no headaches and a STUNNING 10 yr warranty which we upped to cover everything possible besides just the drivetrain for an extra $30 per month - worth it.
