To say I was hesitant to lease my first car, is a complete understatement. We had done our research and knew to go to Smithtown Kia as our first stop. When we walked in without an appointment, Gerard complete understatement. We had done our research and knew to go to Smithtown Kia as our first stop. When we walked in without an appointment, Gerard quickly saw us looking lost in the lobby and stepped in to assist us. From that point forward, I knew we were in good hands. We even went to another dealership to compare, they didn’t come close to Gerard at Smithtown Kia. He was helpful, weighing the pros and cons of stepping into a model on the lot, or waiting for my perfect model to come in. Ultimately, I chose to wait a few weeks. Gerard answered all of my questions, called me when my model came in early(!) and was a genuine pleasure to work with. On signing day, he walked us through all the details and even went the extra mile to help me affix a bumper guard license plate frame. If you are thinking of a Kia, absolutely go to Smithtown and ask for Gerard. More

Before arriving at the Smithtown Kia our son had called and had spoken to Gerard concerning our needs and how important it was to leas Sportage Ex. Amazing experience. I had to do the leg work in finding my son a new vehicle to lease while he was under Covid quarantine. Gerard could not have made the remote transaction any easier.
