As soon as I walked through the door at KCJDR I was greeted and immediately taken care of. I was very impressed with the beautifully decorated showroom, complimentary food and beverages, and the abundance of vehicles on the lot. General Washington Jr. did an exceptional job at finding me exactly what I wanted. General has excellent customer service skills as he was professional, courteous and very attentive. KCJDR has an abundance of beautiful vehicles on the lot and General Washington Jr. was very knowledgeable of each and every vehicle. There was so much to choose from and he was so patient with me as to I wanted to look at all the vehicles and I didn't feel rushed or pressured with him at all. Once I decided on a vehicle we sat right down to handle business, there was no wait time and the process went very smooth. General Washington Jr. did a great job at being able to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay! He went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with my vehicle. He made me feel comfortable urged me to contact him for any assistance I needed. I will most definitely be recommending him to my friends and family! More

Just purchased my first Jeep! To be perfectly fair, this was my first car buying experience. General Washington Jr (yes, that is his real name) came to help me. I had already done quite a bit of research and knew exactly what I wanted. Fortunately, they had what I wanted on the lot for a starting price that I thought was fair. Mr. Washington was extremely helpful throughout the process and extremely easy to talk to. He and I went back and forth on the numbers a bit, but ultimately, I was able to work out a deal. Mr. Washington was very fair and I felt as if he was working with me 100% to meet my needs. The only downside was how long I was at the dealership for. I arrived at 2pm and left around 6pm. Again, this was my first time purchasing a car and as such I was pretty nervous. I had to make several calls that definitely delayed the deal. I would most definitely recommend Keffer Jeep to my friends and family. I felt I was treated properly throughout the whole experience. Don't go into a dealership and expect not to get some pressure, however I never felt I was uncomfortable at Keffer. More
