I had a few bad experiences with this dealership after I purchased 2 new cars from Shaun Shore but Pierre Upshur and General Washington made it right! I have been a proud owner of a Ford f150 truck for many years and lately I had encountered various mechanical problems with it. When a friend of mine suggested that I visit Keffer Dodge and look into getting a new vehicle, I was hesitant due to factors ranging from my finances to qualifying for a car loan. At Keffer I met one of the friendliest and nurturing person by the name of General Washington (his real name). After a brief introduction and discussion of why I was there, we got down to business. Mr. Washington made me feel at ease almost immediately as we discussed the various options that I had. As I test drove various models of vehicles, I was still sceptical about my ability to purchase a new vehicle. To make the long story short, I am a proud owner of a 2013 Dodge Avenger, because of the extraordinary effort of Mr. Washington. He not only met but surparsed my expectations in meeting my needs and addressing my concerns.
