Would not sell their advertised price I called to confirm the availability and price on a vehicle I had seen on autotrader. I called and confirmed the price with two different people befor I called to confirm the availability and price on a vehicle I had seen on autotrader. I called and confirmed the price with two different people before I came up to test drive. I fell in love with the car and was ready to buy. When given the final price sheet, the cars price was almost 2,000$ more (even without all the fees) than what the online price was that I had confirmed. When I asked what had changed they said that they had never even posted the add. BUT I had called and confirmed with TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. The first person said I didn't "qualify" for it and if I would have read the fine print I would have known that. AND I DID- there's nothing that says I have to qualify. This is ILLEGAL. When I raised concern I got AWFUL attitudes. very poor customer service. Jay was the only nice person there. There is someone else I spoke too and I can't remember his name but he was absolutely AWFUL. More

This was the most awesome experience for us. When they say you are now part of the family that is exactly how we felt. From the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we left we were treated with nothing but friendly, curtious and professional people. Not only was our trade-in value more than we thought but the rebates were even better. General Washington saved my husband and I over 8,000.00 dollars. He really knew the all the improvements Chrysler had incorporated into this car as well as the old things like " stow & go" that he knew I liked. I had dealt with General in the past and had a very good feeling about dealing with again. He was very patient with my many questions. After a test drive I was hooked. The sales and financial people at Keffer are outstanding an go that extra mile to satisfy their customers. A really good experience and I am delighted with this car.
