Always a Good Experience I’ve leased two new Acuras from Muller’s Woodfield Acura, and I’ve always had a good experience with their sales staff. German reached out to me as my I’ve leased two new Acuras from Muller’s Woodfield Acura, and I’ve always had a good experience with their sales staff. German reached out to me as my lease was expiring, and accommodated my schedule to discuss my options with Muller’s. Acura Financial Services does issue a Loyalty program, but German and Muller’s went beyond those terms to get me into a new Acura. There was a delay in reaching the financing department due to other customers ahead of me, but German secured a service loaner (free rental from the dealership) so my wife and I could get lunch. He did this without us complaining and foresaw our needs. Truly above and beyond! When we did reach the financing and disclosure portion of the sale, Myles was wonderful. Clear, direct, and jovial. He worked with me on my first Acura lease and remembered me. It’s that kind of personal touch, coupled with their consummate professionalism that brings me back to Muller’s. I would recommend them to anyone interested in an Acura! More

Love the Muller Team! Ever since buying our first RDX (2015) from Barb, we have enjoyed its performance and comfort. It is fun to drive yet very practical. The updated 2019 Ever since buying our first RDX (2015) from Barb, we have enjoyed its performance and comfort. It is fun to drive yet very practical. The updated 2019 model rocks! It is incredible how many features are included, especially with the tech package. Our insurance rate went down based on all of its safety features even though it's a brand new car! German helped us figure out all of the infotainment controls we wanted to set up. Not only is the 2019 RDX way more stylish and safe, its 4 cylinder turbo engine with ten speed transmission makes it extremely enjoyable to drive! When we called for quotes, Muller Acura provided the quickest and lowest quote. We highly recommend Muller Acura. More

Courteous excellent customer service Stopped in late on a Thursday night to look at a car I saw advertised on a website. From start to finish it was excellent customer service. Started wi Stopped in late on a Thursday night to look at a car I saw advertised on a website. From start to finish it was excellent customer service. Started with German in the new car section. Although it was a used car I was looking to buy, German was nice enough to give me some preliminary info on the car I was looking to buy and pointed in the right direction- thanks German! I met up with Kevin, the sales manager, and his associate, Pat, in the used car facility. I was greeted quickly and Kevin was able to print out the Carfax report for me. No pressure whatsoever on his part and he got the car brought up for an inspection and a test drive. Perfect car for what i was looking for. No haggling on price, no unforseen "surprise" fees or costs, no pressure to sign for extended warranties. Pat did a fantastic job getting all of the paperwork together in a timely fashion-and all of this was being done as the shop was ready to close for the evening. Kevin and Pat did a great job answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. After we came to agreement on price they introduced to Myles, the Finance manager. Again, nothing but professionalism and great customer service. From start to finish and top to bottom , courteous, professional , understanding and customer oriented service throughout my entire time there. I would definitely do business with them again and would gladly refer friends and family to them!! More

Hassle-free Lease Upgrade I live in Oswego and for the second time, have made the hour-plus drive to work with German Perales at Muller Acura. He preemptively called me the wee I live in Oswego and for the second time, have made the hour-plus drive to work with German Perales at Muller Acura. He preemptively called me the week before and we were able to talk ballpark numbers and inventory to ensure they had exactly what I wanted. I handed in a 2015 Base TLX and drove away with 2018 TLX Tech Package for a small increase in monthly payment with no money down. This will be my 6th consecutive lease with Honda / Acura and this is the best I have felt about a deal. I will continue to make the long drive to do business at Muller. More
