We happened to stop to comparison shop against a different brand and the sales staff made a real impact. We were immediately greeted by Kevin that answered all of our questions, was very knowledgea different brand and the sales staff made a real impact. We were immediately greeted by Kevin that answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the showroom floor and allowed us to have our space to really evaluate. He set us up on a test drive and we were hooked. We were passed through to the sales person German. I felt I needed to look at the other brand for comparison and immediately returned to this Acura dealership due to the staff. Our experience was unparalleled to any other car purchase of the past. We were converted to a sale and the experience with German, on to finance with Myles, was top notch. I would highly recommend everyone to stop at Muller's for a great shopping and car purchase experience. German, Kevin and Myles are a dream team. More

The deal that almost never happened! My family and I walked into Muller on a Saturday with the intent to"look around". Walked in the show room and we asked for a staff member to walk us My family and I walked into Muller on a Saturday with the intent to"look around". Walked in the show room and we asked for a staff member to walk us through a particular MDX that they had on the floor. She proceeded to take us to the car in question and pointed to the sticker that's on the window. We asked specific options the truck has (pricing etc) and again, points to the sticker. Yep, time to get an Audi. As we walked out, we saw a black MDX labeled "Manager's special" sitting in front of the store and the missus took an interest. I walked back in the store and saw Barbara in her office and inquired about the SUV. Her immediate response was "Oh I thought you were being helped". Once she learned this, she walks with me outside and takes us to the MDX and answered all the questions we had. She offered a test drive of the MDX (different one), and still not content we asked to test drive an RDX (which she happily provided). We signed with her and bought the truck two days later :) More

Always a Good Experience I’ve leased two new Acuras from Muller’s Woodfield Acura, and I’ve always had a good experience with their sales staff. German reached out to me as my I’ve leased two new Acuras from Muller’s Woodfield Acura, and I’ve always had a good experience with their sales staff. German reached out to me as my lease was expiring, and accommodated my schedule to discuss my options with Muller’s. Acura Financial Services does issue a Loyalty program, but German and Muller’s went beyond those terms to get me into a new Acura. There was a delay in reaching the financing department due to other customers ahead of me, but German secured a service loaner (free rental from the dealership) so my wife and I could get lunch. He did this without us complaining and foresaw our needs. Truly above and beyond! When we did reach the financing and disclosure portion of the sale, Myles was wonderful. Clear, direct, and jovial. He worked with me on my first Acura lease and remembered me. It’s that kind of personal touch, coupled with their consummate professionalism that brings me back to Muller’s. I would recommend them to anyone interested in an Acura! More
