It is incredible how many features are included, especially with the tech package. Our insurance rate went down based on all of its safety features even though it's a brand new car! German helped us figure out all of the infotainment controls we wanted to set up. Not only is the 2019 RDX way more stylish and safe, its 4 cylinder turbo engine with ten speed transmission makes it extremely enjoyable to drive! When we called for quotes, Muller Acura provided the quickest and lowest quote. We highly recommend Muller Acura. More

Although it was a used car I was looking to buy, German was nice enough to give me some preliminary info on the car I was looking to buy and pointed in the right direction- thanks German! I met up with Kevin, the sales manager, and his associate, Pat, in the used car facility. I was greeted quickly and Kevin was able to print out the Carfax report for me. No pressure whatsoever on his part and he got the car brought up for an inspection and a test drive. Perfect car for what i was looking for. No haggling on price, no unforseen "surprise" fees or costs, no pressure to sign for extended warranties. Pat did a fantastic job getting all of the paperwork together in a timely fashion-and all of this was being done as the shop was ready to close for the evening. Kevin and Pat did a great job answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. After we came to agreement on price they introduced to Myles, the Finance manager. Again, nothing but professionalism and great customer service. From start to finish and top to bottom , courteous, professional , understanding and customer oriented service throughout my entire time there. I would definitely do business with them again and would gladly refer friends and family to them!! More

He preemptively called me the week before and we were able to talk ballpark numbers and inventory to ensure they had exactly what I wanted. I handed in a 2015 Base TLX and drove away with 2018 TLX Tech Package for a small increase in monthly payment with no money down. This will be my 6th consecutive lease with Honda / Acura and this is the best I have felt about a deal. I will continue to make the long drive to do business at Muller. More

Good overall experience - Purchase and Service This is my second vehicle I purchased with German. He is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He knew everything about the vehicle This is my second vehicle I purchased with German. He is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He knew everything about the vehicle and provided a tutorial and how all of the features work. When I was in a few days later, he took the time to walk me through how to use one of the features on the MDX that I did. It remember. German helped coordinate things quickly with the leasing and the finance managers. All my questions were answered quickly and all terms were able to be negotiated quickly. Overall, a quick and efficient process. I have been going to Muller's for about 11 years and the sales and service experiences have all been positive due to the people. The people have always been professional and polite. More

German was so friendly, so was the fin I've purchased quite a few cars from other places, but muller Acura is by far the best car shopping experience. German was so friendly, so was the finance advisor, Myles. Everyone was very quick and efficient and German shared a lot of quick little tips and tricks on my new ILX. Better service here than I've had anywhere else. I was in and out in about an hour and a half, with the shopping, test drive, credit check and financing process altogether. I think I'll probably stick with this dealership for many years. More
