Over a course of one Sunday afternoon – Gerry placed my brother in a brand new RAV-4 within his monthly car payments parameters and a reasonable down payment. This was made possible via countless texts and phone calls between Gerry and me. Gerry understood, balanced and respected both my brother’s needs/wants with my needs/wants. As one example of Gerry going above/beyond the call of duty: when my brother could not figure out how to remove the car key from the ignition switch during his first solo drive home, Gerry drove to where my brother was stuck and showed him how to remove the key from the ignition.
