I was really stressed last Sunday afternoon when my husband and I went to Toyota of Braintree to lease a Rav 4 because of my anticipation of dealing with the "business end" of car deals. What I liked best about Gerry was that he offered information when we wanted it and then let my husband and I and discuss things alone. No pressure. He even followed up with me after the lease was concluded and I got the car to make sure I was satisfied. You don't see service like that anymore. I'd go back to him and I'd recommend him to everyone. More
