Came to buy a pre owned Mercedes Benz and had the best experience here. We started the process with salesperson Mary and then Gerry the sales manager took over and we finished the process with another sal experience here. First dealer that did not heckle me once they found out I was from out of town. Zain and Gerry were awesome to work with and very reasonable. The car I ended up buying arrived the day I showed up and they bo was from out of town. Zain and Gerry were awesome to work with and very reasonable. The car I ended up buying arrived the day I showed up and they both worked to have the car inspected, tires changed, other fixes completed, car detailed, and other logistics related to the car buying process finalized that same day. Can’t say enough about the how personal and fair this group is. Very professional, I will be back for future Audis! Zain even went the extra mile and met me at the airport with my new car while I dropped off the rental car at 11pm in the evening! 10/10. More

I recently purchased a used vehicle at McGrath Audi in Morton Grove and I was impressed with the salesman who worked with me. Gennaro was professional, patient, supportive and made the whole experience Morton Grove and I was impressed with the salesman who worked with me. Gennaro was professional, patient, supportive and made the whole experience pleasant. The vehicle was missing a floormat and Gennaro promised to find one that was made for the vehicle which was not an Audi. He fulfilled his promise and even offered to deliver it to my house. The other employees were also very pleasant and I never felt pressured during the purchasing process. I recommend this dealership for both used and new vehicles. More
