He took my internet inquiry and all negotiations took place by phone or text, as I went about my business. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, and he found all the correct answers! I basically walked in, saw the car he had for me, and proceeded to the payment process - which Joel Andreasen made as easy as such things can get. Thanks guys, and especially Mr. Freter, I appreciate your help and professionalism. More

Smooth and easy!! Gibson helped me get my first car!! It was smooth and everything was ready by the time I reached the showroom! This is my first car and it was an easy process ! Everything was done in 2 hours of time!! Finance guys was helpful and nice working with him! Used sales person was not at all helpful though!! Best experience Started the dreaded process to trade in and buy a car. Met with Gibson and explained the issues I was having to deal with such as possible negative eq Started the dreaded process to trade in and buy a car. Met with Gibson and explained the issues I was having to deal with such as possible negative equity in my trade. He listened and showed me several different cars based on what we told him we were looking for. After some time, decided on the car we wanted. Financing was smooth and each and every person was respectful of my time and desires. Buying a car can take some time but I bet I never went more than 30 minutes before a employee asked if we needed anything. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Would highly recommend them and could not say enough good things about them. First class people. More

Great Costumer Service Gibson called me about an inquiry I made on-line. I really wanted another Scion XB and he went the extra mile to find what I really wanted.
