Matthew was top-notch and made the whole buying experience easy and pleasurable. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of my requirements. Best Sales Experience Ever I just leased a Toyota Tacoma from Jim Norton Toyota / Misty McDonald and had the best sales experience ever. I want to give a great big "Thank You" I just leased a Toyota Tacoma from Jim Norton Toyota / Misty McDonald and had the best sales experience ever. I want to give a great big "Thank You" to Misty for making it so quick and easy. She had the truck pulled up when I got there. She showed us the truck, told us about all the features that I was requiring. She also showed me some other features that I didn't know I wanted until she showed me what they do. We took a test drive and then came inside to find out what the lease options looked like. In just a few minutes she brought a printout to the table with several options. After a short discussion and some help from the sales manager I agreed to a payment that was less than I was thinking. Andy Currey did our lease paperwork. I appreciated his attention to detail. He recommended some Gap protection. It was something I was interested in. Soon he had our paperwork printed and the lease approved. All in all a great experience. Thanks to all. More
